As Registered Psychologists, we are committed to ensuring a highly professional and ethical process is conducted. Our rigorous recruitment and selection process involves close consultation with organisations to ensure they are kept well informed at every stage of the process. At the outset, we work with an organisation to get a good understanding of the position to ensure the right competencies and specifications are examined. We assess a candidate’s suitability through a range of techniques including interviews and objective, reliable and valid Psychological Assessments. We look at not only how well a candidate is matched to the job, but also the alignment with the organisation’s values and culture. Our recruitment and selection process can utilise one or more of the below approaches.

Advertising

We are able to advertise via a range of press and internet media to reach a broad range of prospective candidates, increasing the candidate pool substantially. We can use your company brand in the advertisements, which allows for transparency in the process and is an effective tool for marketing the organisation. Alternatively, in situations where discretion is required, we can advertise a position without company branding.

Database Search

We have developed an extensive database of individuals through our considerable work in this field. As such, we are able to utilise our data to create a short list of exceptional candidates for a variety of positions.

Market-wide Search

Recruitment by search enables the active identification of appropriate candidates who can be approached directly by the Psychologist regarding the role. Recruitment by search allows us, as a third-party, to target organisations and individuals of particular interest to a client.

Assessment Centres

For larger recruitment projects where you require multiple hires, we offer extensive experience in conducting Assessment Centres as part of the selection process. Assessment Centres are especially beneficial and cost-saving when recruiting certain operational, maintenance, trade and technical roles. Assessment Centres examine multiple candidates in one day, utilising both individual and group based tasks. We pride ourselves on our quick turn-around time of candidate results, with a client debrief on each candidate being provided the same day as the Assessment Centre. We always ensure that our Assessment Centres are rigorous and standardised to ensure the best possible experience for candidates and our clients.
